Shipping & Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at lacandlebar.co@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, the Customer must pay for the return of shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If the product is defective, we'll happily refund 100% of the purchase price and pay the return shipping.

SHIPPING
Estimated processing times are 2-5 days. All orders will receive a tracking number, which can be used to track your package's journey.
Please be sure to double check your delivery address.
La Candle Bar & co is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If your package is returned to us, La Candle Bar & co is not responsible for any shipping charges. We will be happy to ship your package back to an alternative address, but you will be asked to cover the shipping costs.
Please be sure to double check your shopping cart before placing your order. La Candle Bar & co is not responsible for orders placed wrongly by the consumer.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Your order is always packaged with handling & transit taken into consideration. While we are careful about packaging your order, damages can happen. If your order arrives in an unusable state, please contact me at lacandlebar.co@outlook.com with a photo of the damaged product and shipping box within 48 hours. We will work together to find a solution!
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as custom orders or wholesale orders). We also do not accept returns on used items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. Please contact us at lacandlebar.co@outlook.com for any questions and concerns! However, if you're not happy with your purchase, and your items aren't used, we will happily return your item! If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at lacandlebar.co@outlook.com.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom orders or gift cards.
